TERMS & CONDITIONS

This Terms & Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Joy Loveless MUA LLC(“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and the individual purchasing or accessing the Beyond The Basics Masterclass (“Client,” “Student,” or “you”).

By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing the Program, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not purchase or participate in the Program.

1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

1.1 Scope

The Beyond The Basics Masterclass (“Program”) is an online educational training designed to teach professional makeup artists the systems behind consistent artistry, client diagnosis, consultation strategy, and client experience.

1.2 Access Period

Students have six (6) months from enrollment to complete the course in order to receive certification and any applicable professional benefits.

1.3 Lifetime Access

Students will retain lifetime access to the course materials for personal educational use, provided they remain in compliance with this Agreement.

The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue materials at any time.

1.4 Certification

Upon completion of the Program, students may receive a Beyond The Basics Certification issued by Joy Loveless through Joy Loveless MUA LLC.

This certification represents completion of the training but does not constitute a cosmetology license or state-issued certification.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

2.1 Program Fee

Client agrees to pay the full Program fee as listed at the time of enrollment.

Payment may be made:

• in full
• through an approved installment plan

2.2 Payment Plans

If Client selects a payment plan, all scheduled payments constitute a binding contractual obligation.

2.3 Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

• Program access may be suspended
• Client must resolve payment within 7 days

Failure to resolve payment may result in termination of course access.

3. REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of this program and immediate access to proprietary training materials, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4.1 Ownership

All course materials, including but not limited to:

• videos
• slides
• training content
• worksheets
• frameworks
• templates
• downloads
• methodologies

are the exclusive intellectual property of Joy Loveless MUA LLC.

4.2 Proprietary Frameworks

The following proprietary systems and frameworks are original methodologies created by Joy Loveless and taught within the Program:

• The 1-2-3 Makeup System / Makeup Scale
• The Client Experience Framework
• The Five Types of Clients Framework
• The Mental Face Chart Method
• The Confident Consultation Method
• The Client Diagnosis Framework
• The Edited Self Methodology
• The Joy Loveless Artistry Framework

These frameworks may not be copied, taught, reproduced, licensed, or redistributed without written permission from Joy Loveless MUA LLC.

4.3 Limited License

Enrollment grants a limited license for personal educational use only.

Students may apply the knowledge within their own artistry or business but may not teach or reproduce the frameworks themselves.

4.4 Prohibited Use

Client agrees not to:

• share login credentials
• distribute course materials
• upload course content online
• resell course materials
• teach the frameworks as their own

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

5. DISCLAIMER OF GUARANTEE

The Company makes no guarantees regarding income, bookings, or business success.

Results depend on individual effort, skill level, and market conditions.

6. TERMINATION

The Company reserves the right to terminate course access if Client:

• violates intellectual property rights
• shares course materials
• fails to complete payment obligations
• engages in disruptive conduct

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
